Here's the important part - you should never let it knock you off your game. It is what you do AFTER you hear "no" that really counts. Find out why "no" should never be your endgame.

A New Voice You Don't Want to Miss!Date: Mon, 24. January 2011 10:29:37
When I first heard Canadian worship artist and ordained minister Derrick Drover, I new I really liked what I was hearing but I had trouble deciding who he sounds like. You know how it is - you hear someone new and you try to label them so you can adequately describe their sound. Maybe that is part of the appeal with Derrick ... he doesn't sound like a carbon copy of anyone else. His overall sound is worship and there is a touch of rock and a touch of folk in there. Those little touches set off heartfelt lyrics and a strong vocal presence that blends perfectly in his harmonies.

Of course, something has to be done to win over user accounts from Facebook and the 800 million strong virtual population setting up shop on that social network.
Community, Online Community and Intimations of Class WarDate: Wed, 24. August 2011 07:48:25
What would the American sociologist Robert Nisbet have made of online community and the intimations of class war in news reports from the UK/London Riots? One of Nisbet's defining works is called the Quest For Community. In Quest Nisbet takes a couple of hundred pages to spell out why community is a bridge between opposing ideologies, right and left. Would he have applied that to online community too?
